my vision
I have grown up explaining my name as “Amanda Steele – Like The Metal with an E on the end.” I never changed my last name when I got married… That’s just part of my story and who I am. It just felt right to me. It just seemed to fit when I was deciding my next steps for creating my business. When I think of steel (the actual metal), I think of strength, of resilience, of the ability to be polished and stainless, of longevity and being “built to last”. It is the best metaphor for the kind of woman I want to be, and the kind of people I want to be around.
